St. Vincent de Paul – would like to thank the FUMC for their continuing commitment to provide food for the families who turn to Amazing Grace for some of their food. FUMC has donated 269 pounds of food so far this year. Just a reminder, garden produce is always gratefully accepted at the pantry.
Summer Reading – Here are a couple of book suggestions for your summer reading or listening! “Waking Up White” and “Same Kind of Different As Me” - Check them out in the library, purchase online or visit the local bookstore. We will join together for a discussion in the fall with the Hartford UMC, and perhaps we will even go see the movie. Happy reading!
Prayer Circle - will meet TODAY following Worship and will continue each Sunday. Please see Dianne Bayley-Clark for more information.
Coffee Hour - will be hosted by group Mark on Sunday, July 29, 2018. Please see Debbie Camp for details.
The Sew ‘n’ Sew’s – meet the second Wednesday of every month at 10 a.m. at Heritage Commons. Bring a brown bag lunch. Please see Rachel Titus for more information.
The Church office will be running on Summer Hours for the months of July and August and will be closed on Fridays. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to call the office at (860) 346-3689. Have a great SUMMER!
